These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the one-time emergency intervention service "SOS FRANK" ("the Service") provided by Frank The Cyberguard ("we", "us", "Frank"). By requesting and paying for the Service, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SOS FRANK is a one-time, first-level cybersecurity intervention for individuals facing an active incident (such as a hacked account, impersonation, extortion attempt or data leak), provided without a subscription.

The Service includes:

- Qualification of the incident (assessing what happened and its severity);

- First-aid measures (guidance on password changes and securing accounts and access);

- Guidance through next steps (support to file a police complaint and to draft emails to platform support teams).

The Service does not include: coordination with a cybercrime attorney, crisis communication management, digital reputation restoration, ongoing monitoring, or any recurring support. These are available through our monthly subscription plans (Silver, Golden).

2. Response time

We aim to begin the intervention within 24 to 48 hours of confirmed payment. This time frame is a best-effort target and is not guaranteed. Clients requiring faster, priority response times (as fast as 2 hours) should subscribe to a monthly plan.

3. No guarantee of outcome

SOS FRANK is a best-effort, first-level intervention. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific result, including but not limited to the recovery of an account, the removal of content, the identification of an attacker, or the restoration of reputation. Outcomes often depend on third parties (social media platforms, authorities) over which we have no control.

4. Payment

The Service costs $150 (USD), payable in full and in advance through a secure Stripe payment link, before the intervention begins. No intervention will start until payment is confirmed. All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

5. Refunds

Because the Service is delivered promptly and is time-sensitive, payment is non-refundable once the intervention has begun. If we are unable to begin the intervention at all, you will receive a full refund.

6. Subscription credit

If the Client subscribes to any monthly Guard plan within 7 days of the SOS FRANK intervention, the $150 already paid will be credited toward the first month of the subscription. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions.

7. Client responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

- Provide accurate, complete information about the incident;

- Confirm they are the legitimate owner of, or are authorized to act on, the accounts and assets concerned;

- Authorize us to carry out the first-level measures described above on their behalf where applicable.

The Client remains solely responsible for their accounts, data and decisions. Any guidance regarding police complaints or legal procedures is informational only and does not constitute legal advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the Service ($150). We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of income, or reputational harm.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during the intervention as confidential and use it solely to deliver the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
